  • Salary: £30k - £35k FTE

30 hours per week, maternity cover

This is a maternity leave cover post, fixed term for six months with a possible extension for a further three months at a time. We are looking for 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week) on a full time equivalent salary of £30-35k per annum, depending on experience, and may consider a contract rate for the right candidate.

As an experienced agency Strategist, you’ll be skilled in developing insight-led brand, brand activation and communications strategies that address our clients’ business challenges.

As part of the strategy team, you will undertake analysis to interpret and apply customer, company and competitor research and data (both qualitative and quantitative) to help us to design and deliver strategic brand and messaging client workshops.

You’ll have experience in identifying the strategic opportunities within a client brief and developing insights to inform robust brand propositions and strategies. Using insight and intelligence, you’ll understand how to then work with the client services team to shape our approach and proposals in response to briefs.

Skilled in developing creative briefs and acting as a brand guardian throughout the creative stages of brand development and activation, you will also need to establish key objectives and KPIs per project to ensure ongoing evaluation and measurements are implemented

You’ll play a key role in new business and client development opportunities including pitch and proposal development, and client presentations.
