Increasing awareness of business accounts
We were asked to redevelop Ryman's business account brand to help recruit and retain bigger businesses.
Ryman was a well known high street stationer. But awareness of its business account was low. The brand asked us to redevelop its business account brand to help recruit and retain bigger businesses.
In most cases, the stationery buyer in this size of SME is rarely the MD. Our approach was to create a new look, feel and messaging that resonates with the key decision makers in this market.
Our brand approach positioned Ryman as a new business partner, personified by the Ryman chairman, Theo Paphitis and delivered a range of bite-sized insights from him throughout the communications.
